Job Summary

Reporting to the Business Affairs Director for Finance & Administrative Affairs (FAA), this position reviews, approves, and advises on a variety of complex financial transactions – focused on internal billing activities and related financial results. The position serves as the primary contact and coordinator for these activities, ensuring sound financial management through timely and accurate completion of billing for internal services, and reconciliation of payments and complex reports and statements. This position collaborates with central business office and FAA Finance & Operations colleagues to carry out complex transactions, resolve issues, and provide related training and support to FAA staff and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in finance-related position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with financial processes and/or systems
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree in finance or related field
