This new full-time post is immediately available on a permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

Summary of the Role

The role is within the Cash Operations Team in the Finance Operations Department at the University of Exeter. The Finance Operations strategy encompasses cross functional working and a continuous improvement ethos, encouraging feedback to increase efficiencies, drive innovation and promote a positive and empowered work environment.

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, experienced Cash Operations Assistant to join our team. As a member of the team, key areas that you will support are the processing of payments in various currencies, responding to queries, ensuring timely allocation of incoming receipts, reconciliation of all bank statement/suspense items, investigation of any discrepancies and a wide range of other key financial processes. You will work closely with multiple individuals across various teams within the University in delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders. We are seeking a proactive, positive team player who will exhibit our core values.
