Description

Responsibilities: Assists students with financial aid processes and provides particular emphasis in the areas of student loans, scholarships, enrollment verification, and related activities. Cross-trains with other Financial Aid positions to support front counter coverage and enhance customer service.

Minimum Requirements: 1. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required (prefer business, education or related field). 2. A minimum of two (2) years full time employment experience in a professional business field is required. Prefer higher education financial aid experience. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, email, presentation graphics, etc.) required. 4. Must be proficient in general office equipment operation. 5. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
