• From $76,908 to $87,443 (HEW Level 5), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading. • Full time, fixed-term role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde. • High performing team. Hybrid working arrangement.
The Office of Financial Services (OFS) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Finance Shared Services Officer to join the Revenue Services team to provide critical support with student ledger and student services area including managing student enquiries, processing of student loans, grants, refunds and account adjustments.
Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for:
You will have a strong customer-centric approach with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You are quality-focussed, highly organised, resilient and a team player.
You will have good verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and concise information to a diverse group of students over the phone and by email. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have suitable skills and relevant experience to hit the ground running in this role.
You will enjoy involvement in process improvement initiatives, providing constructive insight and possible alternative approaches in relation to day- to-day procedures, system functionality and service efficiencies.
Finance Shared Services within OFS provide finance support services to the Faculties and Offices within the University. It partners with clients to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of those services through a commitment of service excellence and effectiveness.
Finance Shared Services includes Accounts Payable, Revenue Services (Accounts Receivable including Cashiers) and Purchasing.
