Job overview

The finance and procurement systems team are seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a finance and procurement systems controller to manage and support the finance and procurement systems manager on all components of the Oracle Fusion, procurement, finance and accounting system. The successful candidate will possess significant IT experience and systems knowledge and be able to train users on how to use the new systems effectively.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The finance and procurement systems team delivers key support, analytics and system administration for the 1,000+ end users who interact with Oracle Fusion ERP.

Your Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Provide first line support for end users via IT Helpdesk ticket system
  • Assist in development and maintenance of the finance and procurement systems.
  • Improve efficiency and end user experience.
  • Resolve user issues within agreed triage times assisting in development of SLA's.
  • Provide user training both one to one and in small groups.
  • Perform system testing and user acceptance testing as the role requires and ensure integrity of all systems and their respective interfaces.
  • Have an understanding of finance and procurement underlying processes and procedures.
