We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join us on a full time, permanent basis to play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy of our daily cash and banking operations.
As someone with excellent attention to detail and numerical skills, you'll have the opportunity to work with budgets, ensuring accurate income allocation on our finance accounting system.
We're looking for you to have an understanding of multi-currency bank accounts to process domestic and international transactions. You'll be responsible for the reconciliation of all bank accounts for Edinburgh Napier University and Napier University Ventures Ltd.
You'll join a team of experienced Finance Assistants within the Transactions Team who are committed to providing an efficient, effective, and comprehensive transaction service to the University and its customers. The Transactions team is organised into 4 flexible teams covering Fees, Credit Control, Accounts Payable and Cash & Banking.
We're passionate about supporting you to reach beyond what you know, so although based in the Cash & Banking team, you'll develop your skills and experience working alongside the other 3 teams.
