The Faculty Support Administrator is a key role to ensure the faculty operates smoothly and meets strategic objectives. It plays a crucial role in promoting a positive work culture through practical day-to-day activities, fostering collaboration and communication, and enhancing the reputation of the faculty.
A key member of the Faculty Office you will focus on ensuring effective and efficient administration of one of the Schools and Departments within the faculty, providing diary management to Head of School and support for the smooth running of this school and faculty office.
The PersonWe are looking for an approachable and hard-working person to join a friendly small team within the faculty office. You will have the ability to work flexibly, effectively, and cooperatively with others, displaying a positive attitude towards people and tasks. You will have the ability to build good working relationship with senior leadership teams and work well as a team, supporting your fellow colleagues in running an efficient support service to the faculty leadership team. Communication is key and we would like the person to be able to express themselves well and listen effectively and respond sensitively to others. This role will work across the Penrhyn Road and Roehampton Vale campus.
