The University of Hull is on a journey, one that is led by our commitment to delivering an excellent student experience and world-class research. We are committed to ensuring that we meet the needs of our students, regional, national and global collaborators and partners, both now and in the future. Our recently launched Strategy 2030 sets out our vision for a fairer, brighter and carbon-neutral future, and is centred around the two themes of Environmental Sustainability and Social Justice.

To support the growth within the Faculty we now have an opportunity for an ambitious and effective Faculty Services Manager to join our expanding Student Administration Hub, based in the Allam Medical Building.

The successful candidate will have the vision and courage to both challenge and support, with excellent communication skills and demonstrated management experience. They will work effectively with their peer and drive forward improvements in administrative standards and customer satisfaction and experience.

You will need to have a keen focus on performance and pursing excellence in all that we do, proactively managing a team of Professional Service Staff to deliver our high-quality service through the execution of clear and effective customer focused processes and procedures.

This is a time of great opportunity for the University of Hull. Our £28-million Health Campus is one of the finest training environments in the country. We go beyond the classroom, in simulated operating theatres, hospital wards and intensive care facilities, as well as on clinical placements, to give students the skills, experience and support to become confident and compassionate professional health practitioners. We pride ourselves in responding to local service needs, supporting the development and upskilling of professionals in the workforce with a range of bespoke CPD courses.

If you have the ambition and are keen to pursue an exciting and challenging career, we want to hear from you.
