The Department of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine of USC is seeking a full-time board certified (preferred) or board eligible Adult Psychiatrists to care for patients at LAC+USC Medical Center. We are seeking experienced psychiatrists to join a diverse and dynamic multidisciplinary team who are strongly committed to providing excellent, multiculturally competent, clinical treatment to patients and training to psychiatric residents and medical students. We are seeking candidates who are reflective of our diverse patient population and who have strong clinical skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, collegial, professional environment.
This is a full-time clinical faculty positions with academic appointments in the Department of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine of USC and clinical service assignments at LAC+USC Medical Center. Salary is competitive, and contingent on experience. Essential Functions:
Cover on-call emergencies, as assigned. This includes being available for urgent medication issues of patients on assigned workdays.
Complete documentation in a timely manner and in compliance with departmental and LAC+USC Medical Center policies.
