    About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative marketer with excellent customer service skills to play a critical role in supporting our Faculty's strategic and collaborative marketing initiatives.

This role is essential for driving recruitment and conversion activities as well as enhancing student engagement and experience, ultimately contributing to their success. A significant part of your responsibilities will include managing events to promote brand awareness and course offerings. This involves organising and delivering on-campus and off-campus events for schools, faculty-specific Taster Days, and supporting Open Days and Applicant Days. These activities will help establish a strong connection with prospective students and support their journey from application to enrolment. In addition, you'll plan, organise and co-ordinate a diverse range of student activities and events, from Course Inductions during Welcome Week (including Welcome back events) for the Faculty to creating a sense of community, inclusion and to improve student engagement and experience, to enhance the student journey from enrolment to graduation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need good attention to detail, be able to prioritise and multitask and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. We're looking for innovative, self-motivated individuals who can think creatively. With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level, or with demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD relevant to the role. You'll need to be comfortable with working outside normal hours and be able to travel to Cambridge and Chelmsford campus as required (expenses are reimbursed in line with ARU policy).

It is expected that interviews will take place on Tuesday 30 July at Chelmsford campus. Informal enquiries can be made to Maria Mitchell, Faculty Marketing Manager, [email protected]
