We are looking for an exceptionally organised and experienced senior administrator to join the KSA Executive Support Team as Faculty Executive Support Officer. This role will provide executive support to assigned members of the Faculty Leadership Team.
The role is varied, with multiple responsibilities and require the post holder to provide proactive support, general office management and to undertake project work. This role provides an exciting opportunity to join KSA, where no two days are the same and you will be able to help support the faculty in delivering on it's key targets.
The PersonIdeally, you will have had some previous experience of working as a PA in Higher Education. You will be organised, methodical, flexible and proactive in your approach, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate great organisational skills, as well being adept at meeting conflicting deadlines. Collaboration is key, and you will be required to work co-operatively to ensure an excellent level of service is provided to the KSA Leadership Team.

Further informationThis is a full-time permanent position with a starting salary of £30,468 per annum.
