This role involves coordinating a wide range of administrative functions and plays a crucial role in ensuring administrative processes are efficient and effective, that communication is clear and timely, data and information is accurate and compliant with university policies and procedures, whilst maintaining confidentiality in managing sensitive information.

    The Person

Having had previous experience of working in a support role, you will be flexible, confident and proactive in your approach with meticulous attention to detail. You'll be educated to degree level or equivalent, or have relevant equivalent experience, ideally in Higher Education, with the ability to demonstrate great organisation skills as well as the ability to meet conflicting deadlines. Excellent diary management skills are essential, as well as the effective preparation of documentation on behalf of staff you support. You will have extensive experience of working with a variety of MS software packages to produce high quality documentation.

    The Faculty

We focus on business and social challenges that impact us all such as decision making, sustainable development and individual resilience.

Together, the schools strive to nurture socially responsible, well-informed and actively engaged members of society who graduate as adaptable, ambitious and solutions-focused professionals.

Practical experience and real-life learning is at the heart of our degrees. Our graduates will be equipped with the skills to manage and navigate a world that needs employees to be digitally skilled and to have highly developed people management skills, emotional intelligence as well as innovative, entrepreneurial drive.
