Summary: The Department of Anatomy in the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Des Moines University is seeking a qualified individual for a 12-month, open-rank, tenure-track faculty member. This individual will participate in teaching graduate-level students in various medical and allied-health fields, maintain scholarly activity and/or seek extramurally funded independent research, and serve in academic governance responsibilities.
The successful candidate must have a PhD in Anatomy or related field (by anticipated start date July 1, 2023). Candidates must also have at least one year of experience teaching in the anatomical sciences, including cadaver- based gross anatomy. Preference will be given to those with neuroanatomy experience.
