Description

Position Summary: To Provide temporary support to the Facilities department, specifically the Lawn and Paint Crew, during the busiest season. This position will last throughout the summer months and will terminate as the need decreases.

Lawn Crew:

  • Care for and maintain the grounds of the seminary through tasks such as:
  • Weeding
  • Weed-eating
  • Pruning
  • Debris removal from landscaping beds
  • Trash Collection
  • Other tasks as assigned

    • Paint Crew:

  • Perform interior/exterior paint jobs
  • Clean and maintain painting supplies and storage area.

    • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Good communication and service skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
