  • Expressions of interest are now open for an opportunity within the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Student Experience & Administration Domain for an SME Lead: Student Reporting.

    About the role

    As the SME Lead: Student Reporting you will play an important role in delivering an operational approach to student reporting for the new Adelaide University.

    Working with, and supported by, key staff across UniSA and The University of Adelaide, you will set up and customise an operational approach for TCSI, implement timelines for stand up activities and ensure a smooth transition for federal student data reporting. You will also develop practices for collecting and reporting application data and affirm an approach to corporate and student reporting responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide early training and development for current teams to ensure consistent practice and service expectations during the transition period.

    You will also play a key role in liaising with government agencies (i.e. Department for Education) to ensure processes developed align with government expectations and are integrated into the new Adelaide University, as well as the successful reporting and verification of student data from 2026 and beyond.

  • Highly developed relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to interact, influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders from different organisations to achieve successful outcomes
  • Project management skills, including understanding of project management methodologies, and evidence of managing projects to completion
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, synthesise broad data and analyse at a detailed level
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify emerging issues, trends and opportunities and provide insightful recommendations and advice
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and work in collaboration with other teams
  • About the Student Experience & Administration (SE&A) Domain

    The Student Experience & Administration Domain is responsible for ensuring that Adelaide University is equipped with a full range of student services, from enrolment and orientation to student support services and library functions, to completions and graduations. The Domain activity aims to bring together the best of both the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia alongside innovative thinking and national and international best practice to deliver on the aim of Adelaide University being ranked in the top 5 in Australia for Student Experience.
