Executive Officer in the Clinical Trials Centre (Ref.: 523731)

The Clinical Trials Centre (HKU-CTC) is a leading clinical trials management platform established under the University of Hong Kong LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed) and is dedicated to managing and facilitating international- standard clinical trials on new drugs, medical devices and medical technologies. HKU-CTC offers long-term development opportunities to passionate talents who pursue career advancement and success. We are seeking a high calibre candidate to join our Administration and Corporate Communications Unit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise junior staff to handle various administration duties, including procurement and payment processing, general administration, facilities management;
  • Perform and support a wide range of corporate services, including general administration, procurement, event coordination and social media campaign; and
  • Provide secretariat service to Senior Management Team.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate administration, preferably in tertiary institutions;
  • Previous experience in event management or promotional collaterals production will be an advantage;
  • Good coordination, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Detail-minded, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.

    • The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term full-time contract, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
