The Academic Head of School and Director, Industry Engagement and Translation is currently seeking an experienced and professional Executive Officer.
Based in contemporary offices at our lovely Clayton campus, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive support, along with a range of professional administrative support services to staff within the busy and dynamic School. You will have the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment, support external engagement activities, as well as maintain confidentiality and show discretion in sensitive situations.
Strong communication and organisational skills are pivotal in this role as you will provide administrative services to a broad range of individuals and working groups within the School. As a strong forger of relationships, you will know how to build, develop and sustain a strong professional network both internally and externally.
To drive your success in this position, you will bring extensive experience as an Executive Officer or other senior-level support position.
This role is full-time; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
