About University Communications and Marketing The University's Communications and Marketing function provides strategic, advisory, and operational services to support the academic mission and the University strategy.
About the Role As the Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive and secretariat support to the Chief Reputation & Engagement Officer, including executive communications, stakeholder coordination, administrative duties and portfolio support. These activities include organising and supervising all administrative duties that facilitate the running of an Executive office.

About You You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated capacity to prepare high-quality written materials in multiple formats. You will be able to exercise a high level of confidentiality whilst undertaking several concurrent tasks demonstrating excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills which are critical to this position.
