Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Mathematics (Ref.: 523445) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of the basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with at least 1-2 years' working experience in the higher education sector. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good organizational, interpersonal, communication and project management skills; and IT proficiency (e.g. HTML, CSS, WordPress). They should also be able to work under pressure independently and in a team, handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details.
The appointee will provide administrative support on a wide range of tasks including programme administration, human resources, website and social media platform maintenance, office administration, event coordination, and any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
