Executive Assistant (PR0741/22-23)

In alignment with the strategic directions of Hong Kong Baptist University, the Graduate School provides central administration for the University's postgraduate education. We are now looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to join the Taught Postgraduate Programme (TPg) administration team.

Duties

  • Process application and admission for TPg programmes;
  • Consolidate data for TPg programme administration and manage student records;
  • Assist in providing system services to TPg studies and other related projects for enhancing student learning experiences;
  • Assist in marketing initiatives for TPg programmes;
  • Compile statistics and relevant reports; and
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

    • Requirements

  • A good bachelor's degree;
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in administering postgraduate programmes;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Good analytical ability with a strong sense of responsibility.

    • Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
