Position Summary: This course explores the ways that theory transacts and
informs personal learning, professional practices, policy, and research.
Students are expected to generate personal and professional lines of inquiry
that will inform their current and future professional practices in
educational (broadly defined) contexts.
Qualifications – Required: Doctoral Degree in education or related in
studies; post-secondary teaching experience in the content area.

Qualifications - Areas of Specialization: Theoretical Foundations of
Qualifications – Preferred or an asset: Graduate level experience
teaching. courses in educational theory and/or critical theories as they
related to education; scholarship in the related field.

This appointment is in accordance with the Contract Teaching Faculty and
Part-time Librarians Collective Agreement , for which the Wilfrid Laurier
Faculty Association (WLUFA) is the exclusive bargaining agent. All
