Job description

The University now seeks to appoint a Campus Maintenance Technician (Electrical).

Campus Maintenance Technicians provide a valuable front line service, delivering maintenance and repair work to a busy and varied University campus.

Reporting to the Estates and Facilities Manager, you will provide a Planned (PPM) and Reactive maintenance service to all stakeholders at the University principally for all electrical work in accordance with the Estates & Facilities Team Governance, KPIs and Service Level Agreements as directed.

The role requires a qualified to 18th Edition (or be willing to undergo training) be time serviced with a track record for maintenance and repair and be a motivated self-starter working under minimal direction and supervision.

Desirable attributes the candidate should be able to demonstrate other skills with regard to maintenance and repair.
