The European Space Resources Innovation Centre (ESRIC) is a joint initiative of the Luxembourg Space Agency (LSA), the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). ESRIC aims to become an internationally recognized centre of expertise for scientific, technical, business and economic aspects related to the use of space resources for human and robotic exploration, as well as for a future in-space economy.

ESRIC is implemented as a department of LIST, with a dedicated governance structure that includes its partners LSA, ESA and LIST. It is conducting activities along four main areas: Research and testing facilities, Business support and incubation, Knowledge management, and Community management.
Responsibilities
How will you contribute?The selected candidate will oversee the operational management of the department. You will intervene to solve organizational or administrative issues, manage department reporting, and coordinate diverse projects upon request. The chosen applicant will champion LIST internal processes and organization and will have a sound knowledge of the departmental activity. In this role you will coordinate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and develop effective relationships with various internal/external stakeholders to the department. The role may include also support the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the department strategy.
