About the Role This is the perfect timing to join our Procurement Services' Governance and Strategic Enablement team where you'll play a key role in integrating ESG principles into the University's procurement framework and supporting staff to advance key University strategic priorities. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Indigenous businesses, and industry bodies to develop and implement the ESG roadmap. Your primary focus will be on implementing Indigenous and sustainability-related procurement practices, enhancing governance, ensuring compliance and managing risk.

In this position, you'll be instrumental in building the reputation of the Procurement Services function, serving as a trusted partner in the University's commercial activities. You'll have strong influencing and communication skills where you'll able to thoughtfully and persuasively work with diverse stakeholders to implement policies and procedures. About-Chief Finance Officer Group The Finance team's core objective is to advance University strategy through financial leadership and innovation, strategic sourcing and contracting.
The Governance and Strategic Enablement team in Procurement Services supports the University's third-party expenditure by providing procurement policy, processes, governance, and system enablement. The team also offers data and commercial insights to strategically manage suppliers and advance key University priorities.
