The new University Entrepreneurship Hub will support and promote the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem within and around University. As Entrepreneurship Hub Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support and programme coordination across the various areas of work.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the coordination, administration and delivery of programmes and activities in the Entrepreneurship Hub.

You will draft, design, and edit communications materials to promote the project, with content for social media, webpages, and other communication channels.

You will also act as the primary point of contact for programme participants, University colleagues, and external partners, ensuring successful working relationships are maintained.

Taking responsibility for the transactional finance work such as raising purchase orders, receipting invoices and setting up new suppliers in our Oracle financial system, if also required.

About You

To be successful in this varied role you will need previous experience of providing project coordination and general administrative support with excellent attention to detail.

You will need proven ability to organise your own workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Experience of event management, including planning, delivery, and evaluation for online, in person, and hybrid events is an important part of the role.

Experience of processing financial transactions is also required.

Whilst we are ideally want to recruit someone with both events and financial experience, we will still consider your application if you have strong experience in just one of these areas.
