Working under the direction of the Coordinator of Systems Integration, the ERP Support Analyst provides technical, functional, testing, and training support to the administrative computing systems module leaders and support staff. This individual must develop and maintain a firm knowledge in the business operations they support and a detailed understanding of the various systems/applications for each module. This includes collaborating with Institutional Effectiveness and process owners on reporting solutions and supports other projects related to the administrative computing system as assigned.
Position Responsibilities15% - Use problem solving to ensure efficient and innovative use of administrative computing systems. Provides continuous quality improvement through issue research and resolution, analysis of software modifications, business process review and mapping, requirements documentation, and general technical assistance.
15% - Works closely with Information Services staff to support and participate in the configuration, development, testing, and implementation of all Banner modules and system modifications. Interact with Professional Services and technical resources to enhance support of the administrative computing systems. Supports requests submitted by Information Services, module leaders and support staff to the customer center. 30% - Participation in projects will include involvement in defining business and technical requirements, testing support, documentation, attending development demos and user training and assisting with adoption.
Responsible for assuring all changes and modifications/updates to systems are fully documented and approved by Banner module leaders/staff members.
15% - Work with functional areas to provide support for the college's administrative computing systems. Acts as the liaison between module leaders and administrative computing systems support to resolve issues. 10% - Monitors communications from the administrative computing systems community for information affecting the administrative computer systems modules. Participates in Cloud meetings (along with module leaders and related support staff) and works with module leaders and functional staff on any issues affecting any of the five related modules. 5% - Performs other duties as needed or assigned. 5% -
Works collaboratively with the module leaders and staff members to ensure effective communication and coordination of related projects.
5% - Develop and manage educational training on Banner and other relevant technologies for the administrative computing systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience - Two to five years of similar or related experience.Education - (1) A two year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school Interpersonal Skills - Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Preferred Degree/Skills: Bachelor's degree. Education or experience with relational databases or other data analysis systems (sql, Power BI, Oracle)
Physical RequirementsRegular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office or classroom.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Wages/OtherThe salary range for this position is $44,007.61 to $49,777.00.
