Help us to Make careers education Happen
The role of Enterprise Coordinator is part of a collaborative partnership between Make Happen and The Careers and Enterprise Company. Enterprise Coordinators undertake the work of The Careers and Enterprise Company, whilst being hosted within the Make Happen team at the University of Essex, Colchester.
The Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) is the national body for careers education in England, delivering support to schools and colleges to deliver modern, 21st century careers education.
Careers Hubs bring together schools, colleges, employers, and training providers in a local area. The goal is to work together and help schools and colleges improve how they prepare young people for their best next steps.
Make Happen is a collaboration between a group of HE institutions, FE colleges, schools, local authorities and charities with a single purpose to raise aspirations and widen participation in higher education throughout Essex. Make Happen is the Essex partnership of the national Uni Connect programme, funded by the Office for Students.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team committed to widening participation and raising aspiration into higher education across the county of Essex.
