About the Role Swinburne is embarking on an exciting journey, working towards our new vision of bringing people and technology together to build a better world. We are looking for an experienced Enrolment Officer to join the Swinburne Open Education Team.
As the Enrolment officer, this position is responsible for the processing of student enrolments and related activities. The focus of this role is to support Diploma enrolments from Swinburne's partner institution Swinburne Open Education (SOE). The role will ensure that all Diploma enrolment related activities including regulatory compliance requirements are completed and that students and staff have a positive and hassle-free enrolment experience. The role is expected to act as a subject matter expert for SUT enrolment activity and is to work with key stakeholders to ensure that the enrolment, re-enrolment and enrolment variation processes are compliant and a positive experience for everyone.
