Doane University , a liberal arts university with campuses located in Crete, Lincoln, and Omaha, Nebraska, invites applications for the position of Enrollment CRM Specialist. This position has the f lexibility to work on either our Lincoln or Crete Campus. The successful applicant is a highly collaborative communicator who can connect with people at all levels and possess a wide range of technical knowledge. Under the supervision of the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) Salesforce, as well as other enrollment software systems, and related data support tasks
  • Maintain business processes that create efficiencies and solutions for communicating with prospective students, parents, and other constituents, and supporting the data side of enrollment initiatives
  • Provide training opportunities for staff involved with the admissions process
  • Maintain documentation for processes within the CRM
  • Serve as first line CRM support to team members and ensure consistent and timely support for all functions throughout all admission cycles
  • Collaborate with the admissions personnel to create, improve, and maintain processes within CRM functionalities
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required for Position:

  • Three years of admissions, enrollment, or higher education experience
  • Previous experience with CRM, or university software
  • Understanding various higher education systems, including student information systems, databases, and customer relationship management software
  • Critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Preferred for Position:

  • Knowledge of college admission guidelines, standards and procedures, and higher education recruitment
  • Education Required for Position:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Education Preferred for Position:

  • Bachelor's degree
