Position Summary: This is a part-time position with the expectation of working approximately 16 hours per week. The technician will provide general construction and debugging of printed circuit boards, and wiring and construction of various electrical assemblies. Additionally, they are responsible for repair and maintenance services for electronic equipment and works closely with the staff engineers, faculty, and students to provide technical support on projects.
Work Schedule: Schedule can be flexible with the expectation of working 2 days each week one of which will need to be Wednesday.

Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree in electronics technology required, Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 1-2 years' related experience required experience in military electronics or avionics, experience with troubleshooting modern electronic equipment and the construction of electronic prototypes are all preferred; knowledge in as many of the following areas is highly desired: analog electronics, digital logic, high density surface mount technology, printed circuit board fabrication, electronic test and measurement instrumentation.
