Estates and Facilities has a vision to co-create excellent learning, working and living environments that fully engage staff, students, visitors and industry and that facilitates the sharing of knowledge and information.

Estates & Facilities Services Directorate is responsible for delivering a full estates and facilities management service to the University, including property maintenance, planned maintenance and renovation, cleaning, security, caretaking and facilitating spaces for our staff and students.

Estates and Facilities Services is a large multi-functional team, responsible for delivering a wide range of services including maintenance, capital development and security.

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Electrical Testing Technician (PAT) who will be responsible for carrying out the PAT testing of our electrical appliances across our University campus.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, effective communication skills, approachability, and the ability to build working relationships at all levels along with a keen eye for detail. flexible with your working hours to suit the needs of the business.
