Position Overview

This is a temporary part-time position for the eLearning Testing Center, which is a part of the Center for eLearning and Connected Environments (CeCE). Duties include providing assistance and support by proctoring computer exams and customer service-related duties in an office setting.

25 hrs/wk (Work schedule will be determined, depending on the preference of the candidate and the needs of the testing center. Our office is open 7 days per week, including days and weekends.)

Department Specific Job Functions

The eLearning Testing Center Proctor - Part-time temporary position duties include proctoring exams for online courses, greeting visitors, checking in test-takers, preparing the next day's test rosters, printing, preparing the testing lab technology, scheduling appointments, data entry, answering questions, and providing customer service and assistance to students, faculty, and staff. Additional duties may include completing reports, data collection, data management and/or data analysis and use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities also include other duties as assigned.
