Job Description:

Bellarmine University's School of Nursing invites applications for a DNP-NA Program Enrollment & Compliance Specialist. The DNP-NA Program Enrollment & Compliance Specialist will provide word processing, computer, and clerical assistance to the DNP-NA Program. They will monitor all DNP-NA student records and maintain program documentation for all administrative and fiscal records to ensure compliance with required accreditation standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Program Administrator, Assistant Program Administrator, Simulation Coordinator and the Faculty within the DNP-NA Program
  • Monitor all DNP-NA student records for completeness and communicate deficiencies: Health and immunization records; licensure and certification records; criminal background records; and other needed (i.e., HIPPA, OSHA) prerequisites.
  • Assist students with credentialing for clinical practicum (CastleBranch)
  • Assist in monitoring student clinical data input and evaluations (Typhon) to ensure compliance with COA requirements
  • Assist Program Administrators in the preparation of COA annual reports
  • Coordinate (disseminate, collect, and collate) Employer and Alumni surveys for DNP-NA students
  • Provide clerical assistance to full-time and part-time faculty
  • Provide clerical support for clinical conferences
  • Coordinate DNP-NA-specific faculty meetings and maintain minutes
  • Order office and lab supplies and arrange deliveries
  • Manage DNP-NA Program's social media accounts
  • Coordinate DNP-NA student events
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

  • Associate degree or college/work equivalent
  • Two years of administrative support experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office computer skills
  • Social media site management skills
  • Dedicated to and invested in equity and inclusiveness
  • Nursing or healthcare experience preferred
