Responsible for setting the direction for a small team that is accountable for designing strategies, frameworks, and tools to support talent management, change and organisational design including coordination of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Under new leadership, you will report to the Executive Director of Human Resources and be part of a newly formed leadership team that will enable you to be an architect of change, creating a positive impact to thousands of careers by designing and implementing contemporary programs to encourage staff engagement, leadership development and professional development across the University with a key focus to support leaders in building a culture consistent with the stated organisational values and behaviour expectations.
