Job Description : To provide direction, integration and coordination of all activities needed to support the delivery of all activities needed to support the delivery of quality, cost efficient services in a timely manner with a very large scope and responsibility for oncology clinics. To collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure patient care issues are addressed. To manage all aspects of staffing and operational processes that will drive high quality, efficient patient care. To provide direction for departmental development according to overall organizational strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration or a related field and six (6) years of experience in clinical operations required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification required or must be obtained within six (6) months from date of hire.
