This is an exempt position. Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Regular travel, frequent evening and weekend work.

Basic Function
Manage all annual giving staff, volunteers, and activities. Design and implement a comprehensive solicitation strategy utilizing advanced technologies, targeted segmentation, and data analysis to enhance revenue for both restricted and unrestricted giving while also expanding the alumni participation percentage.
Essential Job Functions
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience with a focus on direct marketing/annual giving
