Reporting to the Associate Dean, this position is responsible for managing student recruitment and retention, and assisting with stakeholder engagement.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Dean, College of Natural Resources, or designee, the Director of Recruitment and Student Engagement is responsible for recruiting students to college-wide programs; managing the college scholarship award process; graduation and commencement processes; managing college student and stakeholder events; engaging current and future students for the purpose of enhanced educational and professional development opportunities; seeking and establishing internships, professional development, and/or career placement based activities between past, present, and future students; conducting outreach activities in the service of students to provide a direct point of contact with college administration; liaising with college administration to secure resources in support of student activities.
