Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Program Operations for Women's Basketball.
The candidate would be expected to: be responsible for all managerial efforts in regard to both practice and game preparations and for all team travel – airline, bus, hotel, food reservations; practice times and travel itineraries; to organize and participate in camp and community service projects; and to assist in marketing plans and maintain social media sites.
This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.

Duty
Program Operations: Responsible for all managerial efforts in regard to the operation of the program: team travel, academics, team calendar, alumni relations, community relations, marketing and mentor program.

Travel: Responsible for all team travel – airline, bus, hotel, food reservations; practice times and travel itineraries.

Marketing and Mentor Plans: will assist in marketing and mentor program for women's basketball student-athletes. Liaison for Name Image Likeness to compliance.

Responsible for adhering to policies and procedures governing the Department of Athletics and the University and any applicable rules and regulations associated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) or any other conference or organization with which the University is or becomes associated with which affects University Athletics.
