Director of Music Ministries

Job Description:

The Director of Music Ministries works with the Lead Pastor to lead the music ministry at Christ Our Redeemer Community Church. The Director is responsible for organizing and implementing our music ministry in support of the vision and ministries of the church as a whole. This is a part-time position.

Position Qualifications:
  • Must be a disciple of Christ living under the Lordship of Jesus.
  • Must be an experienced musician and familiar with sound system set-up.
  • Must have experience in leading music in a worship context.
  • Must have experience in the relational dynamics of leading a music team.
  • Must be in essential agreement with Christ our Redeemer's Vision and Theological Statement. The Director will be expected to join and become an active participant in the life of the church.
