Aston Business School is a well-regarded, highly ranked School within the College of Business and Social Sciences, with triple-accreditation from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated academic to lead the flagship MBA portfolio of programmes. We are keen to hear from candidates with a strong track record of postgraduate programme development and leadership to manage, support, and grow these key programmes.

The postholder will be responsible for the strategic development and operational delivery of ABS's suite of MBA programmes, comprising Full-time, Online, and Executive MBAs, together with Aston Executive Leadership Apprenticeship. These courses place an emphasis is on the practical application of rigorous knowledge and learning by doing to develop the potential of students as future business leaders. We draw from a global pool of candidates, with the interaction between the multiple modes of MBA delivery a key USP.

You will assume a key leadership role in ABS and oversee the ongoing development and management of an innovative suite of MBA programmes as well as the MBA programme team, in line with the School's strategy. You will be instrumental in developing the programme to ensure an exceptional student experience and preparedness for leadership positions in global organisations, acting as an ambassador for the programmes with external stakeholders.

This is an appointed office for three years and the post holder will hold a substantive academic post at Senior Lecturer or Senior Teaching Fellow (or higher) within a discipline aligned to ABS. This appointed office role will operate alongside the post holder's academic teaching and research. As role holder, you will report to Associate Dean Education: ABS Postgraduate Programmes and the Dean of ABS.
