This position is in Salary Grade 619, with a minimum starting salary of $59,484.00 per annum. The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range. This position is eligible for Northeast Community College's excellent full-time fringe benefits package. Cash-in-lieu of Health Insurance may be available depending upon successful candidate's coverage enrollment.

Campus Norfolk, NE General Description

Provide leadership and direction for curricular/co-curricular assessment of student learning. Work directly with faculty, staff, and administrators to sustain a culture of inquiry to enhance student success and drive continuous improvement. This position involves monitoring and facilitating the development and tracking of student learning outcomes and will support program and general education assessment. This position will also provide training and support to faculty and staff to enable a meaningful and active process of writing, measuring, and assessing learning outcomes to inform instruction and program effectiveness.

Qualifications: Education

Work requires professional level of knowledge of a discipline equivalent to that which is acquired in a Masters degree-level of study.

Qualification:Experience

Over one year up to and including three years related experience. Post-secondary teaching experience preferred.
