Goshen College seeks creative and energetic applicants for the new position of Director of Annual Giving to join the advancement team. This new, dynamic professional level position will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel, segmented fundraising strategies and plans. The manager/director will work directly with the President, advancement team, students and the campus community, telling the stories of student impact that inspire gifts and participation at all giving levels. Fundraising experience is preferred, and related experience is also valuable. Make a difference in the lives of students at Goshen College who are impacted by the scholarships, programs, and academic support that Annual Giving makes possible.

This is a full-time position, 1.0 FTE, eligible for a full and generous benefits package. The salary ranges from $40,585 to $44,670 with an addition $600 per year for nights and weekends and depending upon experience.

Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience working in fundraising, higher education, and familiarity with a liberal arts education is preferred.
  • Experience with social media, Customer Relationship Management (CRM ) software, Office Suite and Google documents management is helpful.
  • Special Requirements:

    Overnight travel is required on occasion, such as for conferences and professional development. Some local and regional travel can be expected for short day trips.
