The Director for Student Diversity and Belonging has primary responsibility for developing and coordinating outreach and awareness programs that promote multicultural education for the campus community. Student Diversity and Belonging works with students of various races, colors, ethnicity, creeds, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, disability, veteran status, military status, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, and genetic information. Outreach areas include but are not limited to Student Services programming; administrative program support for diversity and belonging-oriented student clubs and organizations; general student contact and referral for diverse and international student populations; and professional and student staff development activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a minimum of two years experience working with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Student Affairs, Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; supervisory experience with undergraduate or graduate students; and a minimum of two years of professional experience working within Student Services with diverse student populations.

Complete required institutional assessments, program accreditation documentation, and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of university programs
