Internal Duke Title: Managing Editor, Journals and Publications
Summary
The Digital Content Editor will create and lead a digital content strategy for DukeMag.duke.edu, the online presence of the university's flagship publication. The magazine upholds the highest journalistic standards in showcasing the intellectual dynamism of a community of engaged, interesting and accomplished faculty members, students, and alumni. This position reports to the Executive Editor of DukeMag and works as a part of a small editorial team of writers and freelancers.

Candidate must:
Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.
ExperienceWork requires 4 years of editorial experience in a publishing related setting to acquire skills necessary to manage and coordinate a variety of tasks such as copy editing, researching manuscripts for accuracy, clarity, and content.
