    About the Role:

    We are recruiting for a Maternity cover Development Manager to join the team and to continue to develop new and existing major donor relationships with alumni, non-alumni and local organisations and business.

    Working closely with the Head of Development the role will focus on securing four and five figure gifts, stewarding existing donors and supporting engagement events to ensure a strong pipeline of activity, engagement, and gifts. You will also work with academics to ensure cases for support are up to date and relevant.

    With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification and appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD, you'll have fundraising expertise along with strong report writing. With excellent organizational/project management and influencing skills, you'll have experience planning and implementing fund-raising strategies and working with Raisers Edge.
