Position InformationAs a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with the University of California SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program Policy. All Covered Individuals under the policy must provide proof of Full Vaccination or, if applicable, submit a request for Exception (based on Medical Exemption, Disability, and/or Religious Objection) or Deferral (based on pregnancy) no later than the applicable deadline. For new University of California employees, the applicable deadline is eight weeks after their first date of employment.
The budgeted amount for this position is up to $73,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for hybrid accommodations.

Minimum RequirementsGood written and interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the campus and/or medical center and with external constituencies. Skill to maintain confidentiality. Good organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills. Working knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, etc. Computer proficient and able to use a variety of software in a Windows environment, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Working knowledge of fundraising, donor relations and public relations concepts, principles, procedures and techniques. Working knowledge of the campus and/or medical center, its vision, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure. Skills in maintaining confidentiality. Working knowledge of fundraising, donor relations, and public relations concepts, principles, procedures, and techniques. Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments. Provide proficient follow-up, and make effective timely decisions despite tight deadlines and competing projects.
Basic graphic design, HTML, and copywriting skills.
Experience using Raisers Edge, or similar customer relationship management system.
Experience using Adobe creative suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of the location, its vision, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure.
