  • Post-Doc position on the fabrication (clean room) and electrical testing of memristive devices for neuromorphic computing systems.

    Previous expertise in one or more of the following areas is requested:

    1) deposition of materials (dielectrics and / or metals and / or nitrides) by physical techniques and / or

    chemicals such as, for example, electron beam evaporation, sputtering, ALD and CVD;

    b. Fabrication of devices using optical and / or electronic lithography, use of instrumentation

    in a clean room;

    c. Experience in the electrical characterization of electronic devices with particular reference

    to memory/memristorsdevices
