The Department of French at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton invites applications for a 21-month limited term position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor, commencing August 1, 2023, and ending April 30, 2025, subject to budgetary approval. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in an area of French Studies, with a specialization in Linguistics or Literature. Teaching duties will include French language courses, an upper- division course in creative writing, and a course in the candidate's area of expertise. Candidates must have an excellent knowledge of French and a good command of English, as well as demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching.
