Fixed term, full time position until early August 2025 available immediately

The Division of External Engagement Division supports the growth and success of the University through the development of partnerships and delivery of engagement programs that enhance reputation, grow revenue, and create positive, lasting change in the communities where the University engages.

Working under general direction the Customer Experience Officer will support end to end initiatives that have been identified to improve the customer experience and achieve the University's revenue objectives. Taking an evidence led approach, the role will support the Customer Experience Manager execute projects and initiatives to deliver business value focused on customer information, enquiry, engagement and analysis.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a field of customer experience, service design or project management – delivering initiatives or projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working within student recruitment, customer service or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, handling a diverse range of priorities and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance attention to detail with the need to meet tight deadlines, and also to balance a varied and varying workload.
