Doane University, in Crete, Nebraska, is looking for people with excellent
cleaning skills to join our Custodial team. We are looking for someone who is
dependable, pays attention to detail and has a history of working safely.
We offer a starting wage of $14 per hour and a $1000 signing bonus!
Signing bonus details:
$250 on your first paycheck
$750 after six months of employment
Here's what you can expect:
Routine custodial work in and around campus buildings and offices
Assist with set-up and tear-down for special events
Assist Doane's grounds crew with snow removal

Criminal history background check and physical assessment at time of hire
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six months to one year of custodial experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of proper cleaning methods and procedures
Familiarity with common cleaning products and materials
Knowledge of the use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
Ability to operate a vacuum and other standard custodial equipment
Licenses and Certifications Required for Position:
Valid Nebraska Driver's License
Driving record acceptable to Doane's insurance provider
